Special Forces is not just another kid’s club! It is an exciting group for special soldiers for Christ. It is a training program for grades 1-6, and is designed to help train them to be active church members with faithful responsibilities. It will help the child fulfill God’s commandment found in II Timothy 3:2.
When a person is saved, they immediately are enlisted in the army of God. This army is at constant warfare against the powers of Satan (Ephesians 6:12). However, we need Special Forces of individuals who know what they believe and why they believe it. These soldiers should be involved in the outreach ministry of the church, and be faithful.
The Special Forces Unit meets each Wednesday evening at 6:45 P.M. They enjoy a fun time of games, singing, competing and learning. The children develop an understanding of our world by examining the needs of various countries. They also are instructed in the ways that they can make a difference. Various missionary projects are a part of this exciting program. As a member of the Special Forces, each child will be able to earn rank, achieve awards, and be cultivated for leadership |
